Your reward

This is a permanent job in 3 shifts, with a fixed schedule on an annual basis. Furthermore, the company has good working conditions:

• A good basic monthly salary of €3,200.00 - €3,300.00 gross per hour;
• A surcharge of 34% on hours between 18:00-00:00 and 04:00-06:00: 
• An allowance of 37% on working hours between 00.00-04.00;
• This means an average monthly salary of: €3,760.00 to €3,877.50 gross per month; 
• You will work in a 3-shift schedule so hence you will have to deal with different allowances each week and come out at the above average hourly wage; 
• A 38-hour working week, with part of your breaks paid;

Your contributions

As Assistant Team Leader Production, under the leadership of your team leader, you will supervise a motivated team, know how to keep production running smoothly and know how to indicate when adjustments need to be made. You are also someone who likes to enter administrative tasks, such as production output and time registration, into the computer. No two days are the same, which is exactly what you love.

Your duties: 

• Supervise, motivate and coach your team;
• Monitor quality and comply with safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations;
• Identifying bottlenecks in the process;
• Resolving bottlenecks in the process under the direction or with the help of your team leader; 
• Collaborates on process improvements;
• Ensures a nice culture and good cooperation and commitment among your colleagues.

Your profile

Are you that ambitious, enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Team Leader Production, with great drive and a good sense of humour, who would like to become part of our young dynamic team and be at the cradle of two production lines? Are you the person who likes to steer everything in the right direction, activate, manage, motivate and coach people? Are you a real ’people person‘ and can you easily switch between processes, people and priorities? Then we are looking for you!

• You have a mbo 3/4 working and thinking level;
• You are available full-time on a 3-shift basis:
  - Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00-14:00
  - Afternoon service: Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  - Night shift: starts on Sunday evening from 22.00-06.00
• You will preferably have experience in the food industry in a similar role;
• You are a true team player with a stable CV;
• You are communicative and flexible;
• Finally, you have a good command of the Dutch language but also speak English well.

Our client is based in Born and easily accessible from Sittard, Geleen, Weert, Roermond, Heerlen, Stein and Echt.
