As a Construction Draughtsman, you are the link between design and execution. You create the construction drawings for all kinds of projects, especially in residential and flat construction. Your contributions

You convert design drawings into architectural specification drawings for the BBL test of the quality assurance body. You have a good understanding of laws and regulations and a practical approach. You also work with various advisers in the field of construction and BENG.

With the wishes of our client's customers in mind, you incorporate them into the drawings, always within the limits of the building system. You will then ensure that the working drawings are ready for work preparation. You will collaborate a lot with your colleagues, such as the commercial manager, buyer's supervisor and work planner.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You have experience as a draftsman using AutoCAD (Revit is a nice plus);
• You are available full-time;
• You have knowledge of general structural engineering and materials;
• Your knowledge of building regulations is well established;
• You have a completed mbo or hbo degree in Construction Engineering (or something similar);
• You work independently but can also cooperate well and have a flexible working attitude.

Your workplace

Our client builds a variety of housing projects. From 5 to 40 houses to large apartment complexes and everything in between, they don't turn their hand to anything.

Our client is based in Budel and is easily accessible from Eindhoven, Weert, Someren and Maarheeze.
