Your contributions
As a Business Development Manager with our client, you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and strengthening relationships between the importer, branches, key accounts and dealers. Your duties and responsibilities:
- Optimise customer satisfaction between the client and customers;
- Support dealers in promoting products towards the end customer;
- Define and further develop the range of competitive after-sales items;
- Conduct market research on market pricing and optimise pricing policies;
- Set up sales promotions in collaboration with marketing to boost sales;
- Optimising the supply chain, from factory to importer, branches, dealers and end customers;
- Develop and implement innovative concepts such as a web shop and dropshipment;
- Initiate project-based collaborations with sister company in Germany.
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for someone who is communicatively strong and has good commercial acumen. In addition, you will bring the following with you:
- Completed college or university education, preferably in a commercial or technical field;
- Several years of experience in Business Development;
- Experience in supply chain optimisation;
- Full-time availability;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (German is an advantage);
- Independence, a proactive attitude and result orientation.
