Your contributions

As a Work Planner, you play a central and connecting role in setting up and executing project plans. Your responsibilities include analysing customer requests, designing projects, coordinating with all parties involved and monitoring progress. Thanks to your expertise, every project proceeds on time and according to the agreed specifications. The following tasks fall within your remit:

• Conducting project recordings of projects and holding discussions with clients to clarify demand and provide appropriate advice;
• Developing a plan that fully meets requirements with the customer information you receive;
• Working closely with clients, municipalities, subcontractors and local residents to arrive at a widely supported and feasible plan;
• From ordering materials to arranging permits to applying Lean principles, you keep a firm grip on the reins;
• Liaising with suppliers to monitor key figures and keep pricing competitive.

Your profile

Besides being service-oriented, as you are the link between customer, supplier and our client's internal organisation, we require the following from you:

• You possess a mbo+ working and thinking level and experience in similar position;
• Or you have completed a college degree in the direction of Construction Engineering;
• Strong organisational skills with an analytical, customer-focused mindset;
• You are in possession of commercial skills;
• Skilled in developing quotations and project plans that are technically, financially and commercially optimally aligned with customer demand;
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to connect all parties involved.
