Your contributions

As a Calculator, you fulfil an important role within the team. You are responsible for drawing up detailed quotations. In doing so, you will take into account the various standards and requirements from laws and regulations and you will actively consider alternatives in terms of sustainability and cost savings. In addition:

• Analyse specifications, drawings, designs and notes of enquiry;
• Advise on the design and incorporation of the system into buildings;
• Consult with customers and suppliers to discuss opportunities a pricing;
• Manage your outgoing quotations;
• Ensure smooth internal handover to modellers, work planners and project managers;
• You will be responsible for calculating and analysing post-calculations;
• Work closely with the commercial manager and project managers.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and an open and honest attitude. In addition, you should fit the following profile:

• You hold a diploma at least at MBO 4 level in installation engineering (or equivalent training/certificates);
• You have demonstrable experience in a similar position;
• You are available 32 to 40 hours a week;
• You think in terms of possibilities;
• You have the ability to manage costs effectively;
• Construction understanding.

Your workplace

Our client is the specialist in mechanical ventilation. They work on a variety of housing projects throughout the Netherlands. Both large and complex new construction and transformation projects, as well as medium-sized projects and conceptual housing construction. Our client is involved from engineering through to the delivery and assembly of the mechanical ventilation.

Our client is located in Ittervoort and is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Echt and Heythuysen.
