Your contributions

In this role, you will work in Cardiac Care and First Aid, providing crucial care at times when speed and expertise are essential. Your duties will include:

• Monitor, observe and interpret patients' health status;
• Provide acute cardiac care in collaboration with the team;
• Quickly adapt and act appropriately in acute situations;
• Participate in the resuscitation team within the hospital;
• Thinking along on quality improvement and innovative projects;
• Possibility of workplace combinations, such as CCU/IC or CCU/SEH.

Your profile

You are a committed healthcare professional who stands firmly in his or her shoes and gets energy from working in an acute setting. You will bring this to successfully fulfil this role:

• Completed nursing training with CCU endorsement;
• Flexible and stress-resistant working attitude;
• You are available between 24 and 36 hours a week; 
• You are willing to work all shifts, i.e. evenings, nights and weekends; 
• Strong communication skills towards patients, family and colleagues;
• Proactive attitude and interest in healthcare quality development;
• You enjoy working together and taking responsibility when necessary.

Your workplace

You will work within a small-scale and well-organised hospital where collegiality and short lines of communication are key. You will work partly in the CCU and partly in the First Department, where there is intensive cooperation with cardiologists, nursing specialists and other disciplines.
