Your contributions
As the first point of contact for the customer, you are responsible for the questions that customers put to our client. You solve these challenges or pass them on to colleagues who take them further. In addition, the following tasks fall within your remit:
- Entering orders is your main task. Customers call, e-mail and app their orders. You ensure that the orders are processed in the system on time and correctly. You then inform customers of any back orders and different delivery times;
- Other administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, creating new customers, updating order lists and maintaining office stocks;
- In addition, you are the administrative support and back-up for colleagues in the purchasing and sales departments. You support them in their work, for example by processing new data in the database. Thanks to the short lines between customers and colleagues, you are the hub of the company.
Your profile
For this vacancy, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- You have a completed mbo diploma;
- You are customer-friendly and service-oriented;
- You are communicatively strong and have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude;
- You are reliable, accurate and have problem-solving skills;
- You are a real team player with a healthy dose of humour;
- Command of the Dutch language is a requirement; command of English and German is a plus.
