Your contributions

As a commercial office employee, you are the main contact for the customer portfolio assigned to you. Together with the Key Account Manager, you are responsible for relieving these customers of all their worries. You handle questions and challenges with a solution-oriented approach. Your duties also include the following tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for customers and make sure they are more than satisfied;
• You will make active phone calls leading to sales with both new and existing customers;
• You will prepare clear quotations, process orders and handle administration correctly;
• You ensure optimal (after)sales and handle any complaints so that the customer is and remains satisfied;
• You stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the market;
• You will monitor invoices and contact customers in case of payment delays.

Your profile

Thanks to your commercial ambition and positive attitude, you will be a valuable addition to the current team. We are looking for a new colleague with the following characteristics:

• You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Your command of the Dutch and English languages is excellent;
• Do you also master the French language? If so, that is a plus;
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours a week;
• You are very customer-oriented, sincere and friendly;
• You are commercially driven, results-oriented and strong at your job;
• You have passion for your work and always strive to exceed customers' expectations, with love for our planet!
