Your contributions
As a Commercial Internal Service Assistant with our client, you will play a central role in the complete and customer-oriented support of requests, from calculation to order transfer, while actively contributing to the further development of the commercial organisation. Furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:
- Switching between customers, work preparation and production;
- Quickly and carefully picking up customer requests;
- Preparation of quotations for prefabricated and customised solutions;
- Perform calculations for appropriate offers;
- Active customer contact via phone and e-mail;
- Complete and clear delivery of orders to work preparation;
- Thinking along on process improvements and commercial opportunities;
- Contribute to the growth and further development of the commercial department;
- Lots of room for own initiative and personal development.
Your profile
You are analytical and commercially minded. You pick things up, think ahead and don't wait for someone else to do it. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:
- MBO+/HBO level, preferably towards commerce or engineering;
- Technical affinity (experience in aerial engineering is not required);
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility;
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills;
- Accurate and good at keeping an overview;
- Eager to learn and willing to immerse yourself in both the commercial and technical fields;
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and (some) knowledge of ERP and 2D/3D drawing package.
Your workplace
Customisation in ventilation technology that is our client. They design and manufacture components of ventilation systems. Their core business is the production of roof hoods, sticking plates, grilles, rectangular air ducts, spiropipes and inlet ducts. In short: all components for a well-functioning sustainable ventilation system in both residential and non-residential buildings.
Our client is based in Ittervoort and therefore easily accessible from Weert, Eindhoven, Roermond and Sittard.
