Your contributions

As Controller, you will strengthen the team in preparing financial reports. Furthermore, your duties consist of:

• Managing the finance department and financial management;
• Providing valuable analysis and advice to management;
• Monitoring the financial health of the organisation and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives;
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reports;
• Actively participating in key financial decision-making processes;
• Working closely with the current Controller, who wants to wind down his position in due course;
• Getting the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the work and responsibilities, with the aim of fully taking over the role in the future.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• You have a successfully completed HBO degree (e.g. Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accountancy);
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
• You have knowledge of financial software, ERP systems and digitisation;
• You have communication and leadership skills.
