Your contributions

Do you want to attract the best talent for our client and also contribute to all daily HR tasks and our interesting projects? As a valuable member of the HR team, you will assume a central role with regard to Recruitment & Selection within the company. And furthermore, the following tasks fall within the remit:

• You will provide compelling vacancy texts for our 'working-at' website and various platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed;
• You will contribute to candidate management and actively scout for top talent yourself;
• You also liaise closely with recruitment and selection agencies;
• You provide support for smooth on- and offboarding;
• You will continue to work with the HR manager to professionalise and modernise the organisation;
• You will participate in various projects, including branding, digitalisation, employee surveys and training initiatives;
• You will also support in carrying out day-to-day HR tasks.

Your profile

Are you proactive, communicatively strong, results-oriented and have a drive to promote a positive work culture? That's already a good start, further;

• Do you have knowledge and experience of recruitment through various platforms;
• Do you have a keen eye for talent;
• Do you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment;
• Are you incorruptible and accurate;
• Are you available for at least 32 hours a week, full-time is also possible!

Our client, based in Nederweert and Ittervoort is a specialist in which you work at Holding level. You will work for all companies under the business group. They have locations in Nederweert, but also in Ittervoort. The place of employment for this vacancy is in Nederweert.
Nederweert is easy to reach from Weert, Eindhoven, Venlo, Roermond, Sittard, Helmond & Echt.
