For this organisation based in Echt, we are looking for a: Customer Service Employee.

  • Flexible working hours. You can start between 07:30 and 09:00 at the office. You can accrue overtime hours that you use at another time as time for time;
  • Partial working from home is a possibility, full-time employees are allowed to work from home 2 out of 5 days and a full home office is provided (if you complete the onboarding process);
  • Plenty of days off; in addition, a company closure between Christmas and New Year's Eve, with half the hours being a gift from the employer.

Your contributions

You will be responsible for handling incoming orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely deliveries and providing the correct data in the system.

  • Entering orders;
  • Providing customer service (by phone or email);
  • Contact with production sites to follow up on deliveries;
  • Monitoring delivery times;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Support inside sales;
  • Use proactively to improve processes.

Your profile

  • MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Preferably experience in a commercial or administrative field;
  • Starter and ideal for this position? Feel free to apply;
  • You speak and write Dutch and English. If you happen to speak German as well, that would be ideal.
  • A customer-oriented, commercial and driven attitude but also a real team player.
  • You have knowledge of ERP and office packages or are handy to learn this.
  • You are available 32-40 hours per week.
