As an All-round Financial Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role within the organisation. Are you versatile in the field of finance? Then read on!

Your contributions

In addition to processing purchase invoices, bank transactions and various bookings, you will also be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Performing and checking fixed asset administration;
  • Preparing month-end closings and financial reports;
  • Analysing deviations and resolving administrative or financial issues;
  • Setting up intercompany connections;
  • Preparing the year-end closing and the file for the audit;
  • Performing various financial and administrative tasks.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

  • Higher professional education level or equivalent experience;
  • At least three years of relevant experience in a financial or administrative position, preferably within a manufacturing environment;
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor LN; this is a plus, but not a requirement);
  • Experience with Belgian administrative tasks is a must;
  • Available for 32–40 hours per week;
  • Accurate, proactive and solution-oriented working style;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English (administration is conducted in English);
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage;
  • You work independently and feel at home in a small, close-knit team.

Our client is based in Hamont and is therefore easily accessible from Eindhoven, Venlo, Maastricht, and Roermond.
