• A temporary assignment from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026;

Your contributions

As a Financial Controller, you will support the team to ensure that day-to-day financial processes can continue uninterrupted whilst a new financial system is being implemented. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting budget holders with budget management and financial matters;
• The preparation and processing of budget amendments;
• Contributing to the planning and control cycle and the associated accountability documents;
• Carrying out financial analyses and audits;
• Supporting other tasks within the Financial Management team where necessary.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who has:

• HBO level of working and thinking, preferably supplemented by a completed financial qualification;
• Experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar financial role;
• Experience of financial processes within a complex organisation;
• Experience with automated financial systems; knowledge of Coda and LIAS is a strong advantage;
• Good Excel skills;
• Knowledge of VAT and BCF regulations;
• Familiarity with the national BBV regulations;
• A meticulous, independent and proactive approach to work.
