Your contributions

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for our client's financial management and reporting. In addition:

• Lead a diverse team of finance professionals;
• Work closely with management and stakeholaders to ensure the financial health and growth of the organisation;
• Consolidate your financial data from multiple PLCs;
• Draft and present reports to external stakeholders, including banks and private equity investors;
• You will develop strategic financial plans, manage budgets and ensure timely and accurate reporting;
• You will act as a sparring partner for the CFO and management;
• You contribute strategic advice and initiate improvement projects;
• You will supervise the integration of new add-ons within our client's structure.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a strong communicator who is results-oriented, knows how to improve processes, with an eye for both people and organisation. In addition:

• You have a completed college or university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex or project-based environment;
• You have experience with consolidation and reporting towards external stakeholders, such as banks and private equity parties;
• You have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems and can work well with tight deadlines.

Our client, based in Nederweert and Ittervoort is a specialist in which you work at holding level. You will work for all companies that fall under the group of companies. For this position, you will come to work at the Ittervoort location.

Ittervoort is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Maaseik and Echt.
