Your contributions

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for our client's financial management and reporting. In addition:

• Lead a diverse team of finance professionals;
• Work closely with management and stakeholaders to ensure the financial health and growth of the organisation;
• Consolidate your financial data from multiple PLCs;
• Draft and present reports to external stakeholders, including banks and private equity investors;
• You will develop strategic financial plans, manage budgets and ensure timely and accurate reporting;
• You will act as a sparring partner for the CFO and management;
• You contribute strategic advice and initiate improvement projects;
• You will supervise the integration of new add-ons within our client's structure.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a strong communicator who is result-oriented and knows how to improve processes with an eye for people and organisation. Further:

• You have a completed college or university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex or project-based environment;
• You have experience with consolidation and reporting towards external stakeholders, such as banks and private equity parties;
• You have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems and can work well with tight deadlines.

Onze opdrachtgever, gevestigd in Nederweert en Ittervoort is een specialist waarin je werkt op holdingniveau. Je werkt voor alle bedrijven die onder de bedrijvengroep vallen. Voor deze functie zal je komen te werken op de locatie in Ittervoort.

Ittervoort is goed bereikbaar vanuit Roermond, Weert, Maaseik en Echt.
