Your contributions

You are constantly busy with various ongoing financial administration matters. You keep a close eye on deadlines and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. Bottlenecks within the department or organisation are quickly picked up and solved, so that everything runs efficiently and on time. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable, process financial transactions and maintain general ledger records;
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual closures;
• Managing the invoicing process and following up on outstanding payments;
• Processing and monitoring payment transactions;
• Communicating with customers and suppliers on financial issues and payment arrangements;
• Processing personnel administration;
• Checking and processing accounting entries;
• Creating financial reports and analysis of figures;
• Performing financial audits and preparing the annual budget;
• Monitoring the quality and completeness of administrations;
• Analysing and advising on business risks;
• Contributing to the development and improvement of internal procedures;
• Optimising financial processes and systems to improve the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Your profile

With your sharp focus and organisational skills, you ensure that all financial processes and administrations run smoothly, and that the organisation remains financially healthy and well prepared for the future. You are able to keep an overview, you dare to take responsibility and have an eye for detail. Further:

• Are you mbo 4 or hbo educated in the field of financial administration;
• Do you have at least 5 years of working experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing company;
• Are your communication skills are strong, both oral and written in Dutch;
• Experience with Twinfield is a plus;
• Are you a problem solver who enjoys working independently.

Your workplace

You will be working at a growing manufacturing company in Weert that will soon relocate to Echt. Our client's products are available at specialised wholesalers, building materials stores, DIY DIY stores and via project delivery. Our company focuses on sustainable and environmentally conscious business.

You will start work in Weert but will of course move along to Echt. This workplace is easily accessible from Sittard, Roermond and places in between.
