Your contributions

The HR department is the place where everything in human resources comes together; from the recruitment of new employees to case management. In addition, the following tasks also fall within the remit:

• Time recording, inflow, throughput and outflow of employees;
• Developing an HR policy;
• Acting as a point of contact for all employees within the organisation;
• Processing payroll;
• Sick leave registration, guidance and monitoring;
• Contract management;
• Recruitment of new staff and development of existing staff.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a people person with a solid personality. In addition:

• Do you possess an HR degree at college level;
• Do you have an affinity for payroll processing and some years of experience in an HR role;
• Be a worthy interlocutor for both management and all employees of the organisation;
• Are you available 32 to 40 hours a week;
• Have knowledge and understanding of the relevant subject matter and of laws and regulations;
• Do you have strong organisational awareness and powers of persuasion;
• Work proactively to develop and roll out an HR policy and provide appropriate support to the primary process;
• Have a helicopter view, attitude of integrity and genuine interest in the employee;
• Have an attitude of integrity and genuine interest in the employee;
• Do you enjoy picking up business and find it a challenge to get to work on HR processes and make a digitalisation move in this;
• Have you previously shown that you play an important role in controlling absenteeism.
