Your contributions

In this position, you are responsible for providing optimal support to employees regarding ICT. You provide 1st-line support for various incidents and questions from colleagues. You will also carry out activities in the context of managing the ICT infrastructure. Your duties will include the following tasks:

• Point of contact for employees, 1st-line help desk support;
• Ensuring optimal functioning of systems (workstations, servers and network)
• Ensure optimal functioning of various applications;
• Performing installations and configurations (including workstations, printers, other peripherals, servers, datacom equipment)
• Telephony;
• Setting up workstations;
• (Co)managing system documentation;
• Describe, record and follow up support calls.

Your profile

For this vacancy, you need at least 2 years' work experience in a similar position. In addition, we require the following from you:

• A completed mbo level 4 in the field of ICT;
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, in both Dutch and English, German is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft networks and basic firewall management is a plus;
• Knowledge of and experience with, Remote desktop servers, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure VMWare and Hyper-V;
• Knowledge of standard office automation;
• Be able to work independently and service-oriented;
• Socially adept, tactful, customer-focused and stress-resistant;
• Accurate and good oral and written expression skills.
