Your contributions

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our client's web shops and the first point of contact for customers. Whether it's answering questions, solving problems or following up tickets, you don't turn your hand away - in fact, you enjoy making every customer a satisfied one!

In this role, you will work independently but certainly not alone: you will join an enthusiastic team that supports each other and works together to deliver the best customer experiences. Working hours are negotiable, but availability on Wednesdays is a plus and Fridays are a must. Do you have that smile that can be heard through the phone, do you like to take initiative and do you see opportunities to improve our service even further? Then we can't wait to meet you!

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile for this position:

• You are flexible in order to switch easily and find solutions;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• Communication skills in German and/or French is a plus;
• Affinity with e-commerce systems is a plus;
• Good planning and organisational skills.
