Your contributions

In this position, you will be the point of contact internally and externally on quality policy and the quality management system. In addition:

• You provide solicited and unsolicited advice on setting up and improving organisational processes and risk management;
• Proactively monitor all activities that contribute to maintaining or achieving certifications;
• You are in the lead for the audits and manage the internal and external stakeholders;
• You are continuously translating business objectives into improvements or adjustments to the quality management system and record this in flow charts;
• You investigate complaints, ensure their central assurance.

Your profile

In this vacancy, we are looking for someone with knowledge and/or experience in process optimisation. Furthermore, you fit within the following profile:

• Bachelor/Wo degree in Business Administration or similar;
• You have gained the necessary experience in quality and auditing;
• Extensive knowledge of quality management systems, various internationally accepted standards, including ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages both orally and in writing;
• You have knowledge of Visio, draw.io or a similar programme;
• You possess decisiveness, stay on course and are able to tactfully enthuse people to achieve your goal.
