Your contributions
As Quality Officer / Quality Officer, you play a key role in ensuring and improving the quality of our processes and products. You will report to the HSEQ Manager and work closely with colleagues from different disciplines.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Quality systems: Maintain and improve QMS, documentation and information systems. You provide support in the implementation of new standards.
- Customer satisfaction: handling complaints, acting as point of contact for all quality aspects, supervising test runs and providing training.
- Quality control: analysis of measurement data, support in release processes and quality improvements.
- Audits: Perform internal audits and support external inspections. You go on customer visits and supplier audits. You will create a multi-year audit plan.
- Laboratory support: Troubleshooting, responsible for Reduced Material Testing, developing measurement methods and supervising trainees.
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- You have completed a college level education in the direction of Quality or have previous experience in this field of work;
- You have experience with internal audits and quality systems;
- You are available full-time;
- You are familiar with improvement methodologies such as 8D or Lean Six Sigma;
- Good command of Dutch and English (German is an advantage);
- You are safety and quality conscious;
- You are problem-solving and cost-conscious;
- You are strong in team collaboration and communication skills.

Our client is a company that processes plastic waste sustainably. The company has about 65 employees and is part of an international parent company.
Our client's company is located in Geleen.
Geleen is easily accessible from Sittard, Roermond, Weert and Maastricht.
