• An excellent starting salary between €17.00 and €18.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience, excluding shift bonuses;
• Attractive shift bonuses:
  - 34% surcharge between 18:00 - 00:00 and 04:00 - 06:00 (€22.78 and €24.12);
  - 37% surcharge between 00:00 - 04:00 (€23.29 - €24.66);
• A full-time working week of 38 hours;

Your contributions

You start your shift with a handover from your colleagues, where you discuss planning, supplies and details. You then get to work on the shop floor:

• You continuously monitor the production process;
• You will check that machines are running properly and perform measurements;
• You support operators and switch in case of breakdowns;
• You actively think about process improvements;
• You ensure that everything is completed on time and runs according to schedule;
• You will be a point of contact for colleagues during your shift.

Your profile

You do not have to be an operator yet, motivation and eagerness to learn are most important.

• At least a mbo level 3 diploma (direction does not matter);
• Interest in engineering and/or the food sector;
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• You are physically fit and like to work hard.

Experience in the food industry is nice, but not a requirement.
