Your contributions

As a Line Manager, you will contribute by:

• To ensure a safe, clean and efficient working environment;
• Managing and coordinating production teams;
• Monitoring the quality of concrete products;
• Troubleshooting and/or identifying faults;
• Ensuring good communication between departments;
• Performing administrative tasks and reporting.

Your profile

You have an MBO working and thinking level, preferably in process engineering. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

• Knowledge of (earth-moist/self-compacting) concrete;
• Communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Stress-resistant, structured and results-oriented;
• Organisational and coordination strong;
• Safety-conscious and focused on order and cleanliness;
• In possession of a BHV certificate, forklift and lifting certificate this is a plus;
• Flexibly deployable, even in changing rosters.

Our client is a leading specialist in drainage and water treatment. As an established manufacturer with also an advisory role in projects where customisation is necessary or desirable, they are involved in the most diverse infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.

Our client is based in Nederweert and easily accessible from Weert, Helmond, Roermond and Venlo.
