Your contributions

As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you will have a fun varied job. Your responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for checking outgoing goods;
• You ensure timely notification of shipments to our external carrier;
• You will support in preparing the routes of our own drivers;
• You ensure correct handling and registration of returned goods;
• If necessary, you will assist while receiving or picking goods;
• You will provide occasional administrative support around communications to other departments.

Your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for an administrative star who knows how to get to work. You will work in a team with real go-getters. The team includes order pickers, drivers and packers. They are led by 2 supervisors. Your profile

• You have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing. You have good communication skills;
• You have experience with Excel;
• You stand firm and don't let your guard down;
• You are results-oriented, independent and accurate;
• You have an affinity for logistics and a reach truck certificate is a plus;
• You are flexibly employable.
