Do you want to work in a 2-shift operation and have an affinity for logistics? Then this is your chance! For our client in Haelen, we are looking for a motivated Order Picker. You will work in a modern distribution centre with an informal and close-knit team.

Your contributions

As an Order Picker, you are an important link in the logistics process. You ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. Your daily tasks include:

• Collecting products using order lists or scanning systems;
• Packing goods for shipment;
• Labelling of products or packages;
• Checking orders for accuracy and completeness.

Your profile

Experience is nice but not a requirement. However, we do consider it important that you:

• Work accurately and have an eye for detail;
• Willing to work 2 shifts ( Monday to Friday all week either from 07:00 to 15:30 or all week from 15:00 to 23:30) and possibly help out at weekends (Saturday and Sunday);
• Strong preference is given to colleagues for 40 hours (full-time). Should you be available for 32 hours, that is negotiable; 
• Possess a reach truck certificate or have experience with the reach truck;
• Are physically in good shape (as you will be working with products that may be a bit heavier;
• Speaks the Dutch and/or English language;
• Lives in the Haelen/Roermond region.

Our client in the Roermond region has opened an attractive new distribution centre where they have all their logistics activities under one roof. It is a fullfilment company where goods for web shops are distributed daily. From the multiple warehouses, a team of +/- 100 employees work daily to offer customers full logistics services. A larger organisation with the charms of a family business, everyone knows each other and the company continues to grow!
