Your contributions

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in issuing materials. In addition, these are your duties:

• Registering goods received and handling them administratively in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Storing goods in the boxes or locations reserved for this purpose. This can also be in another warehouse location;
• Collecting goods by work order and preparing them for transport;
• Shipping work order and cost centre materials at pre-arranged delivery locations;
• Collaborate with logistics, inspection and customer service departments;
• Perform periodic comparisons of materials present against inventory list in the warehouse.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has communication skills, is structured and can think in a solution-oriented way. Furthermore, you possess:

• MBO working and thinking level with 2-4 years' experience in logistics/engineering;
• Experience in working with logistics systems (WMS), preferably SAP;
• Basic experience in working with Microsoft systems (Excel, word etc.);
• Affinity with engineering and recognising technical goods.
