Your contributions

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks within our warehouse. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are correctly processed and stored. You will also contribute to an organised and safe working environment. Your role:

• Your main task involves loading and unloading tankers;
• You will take care of internal transport, stocking and picking of goods using forklifts;
• You record the movement of goods in the system;
• You take stock of stocks;
• You collaborate and initiate improvement proposals and actively participate in work meetings;
• You will ensure a safe and clean workplace according to applicable guidelines (HACCP, hygiene & environmental rules);
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for delivering the right pallets/barrels/additives according to the production planning and/or loading and unloading schedule.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has some experience in logistics. Additionally:

• You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
• You have a minimum of mbo level;
• You have a forklift certificate;
• You preferably have a truck driving licence (this is not a must);
• You have good communication skills;
• You are highly accurate, flexible and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
