We are looking for temporary candidate for our client. You will help the team by taking over recurring, administrative tasks and following up offers within the sales funnel. Curious? Then read on quickly! 

This is a temporary position of 3 months, which may be extended to 6 months. 

Your reward

For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

  • A monthly salary between €2747.00 - €3500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on knowledge and experience; 
  • A working week of 32 to 40 hours, tailored to your preference;
  • Travel allowance;
  • Accrual of holidays, holiday pay and pension.

Your contributions

  • Besides working on processing, checking and maintaining administrative data, files and status information, you will also get to work on:
    • Support daily administrative work and reporting administration;
    • Checking, applying for, closing, recording and archiving (CCV) certificates;
    • Maintain customer contact: follow-up calls in response to quotations, send follow-up emails and answer questions on status and lead time;
    • Feedback customer responses to colleagues and monitor.

    Your profile

    For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

    • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on offers;
    • Some experience in a commercial-administrative role, such as Commercial Assistant Inside Sales, After Sales Assistant or Back Office Assistant;
    • Experience with an ERP system and Excel (or you will learn this quickly);
    • You keep an overview and work in a precise and structured way;
    • You are communicatively strong and interact easily with colleagues.
