Your contributions

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately cutting timber to size using cutting lists. You will work with modern woodworking machines and ensure minimal waste. You will occasionally jump into assembly, keeping your work varied. You will work in a safe, dry workshop with a team that is ready for each other and in which there is room for development.
Your duties: 

• Cutting wooden planks, beams and boards to size;
• Working safely and neatly with woodworking machines;
• Assist in assembling wooden packaging;
• Ensure tidy workplace and efficient use of materials.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a hands-on worker with technical insight who enjoys delivering quality and is strong both independently and in a team. Do you enjoy working with wood and love the smell of freshly sawn wood? Then you are the perfect candidate!

You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• You have technical insight and are handy with tools and materials or experience with (sawing) machines;
• You work accurately and always deliver customised work, even under pressure;
• You are a real team player and can also work well independently;
• Experience in timber, manufacturing or construction is a plus;
• You preferably live in the Weert region; 
• You are available for full-time (40 hours), possibly 32 hours per week is also negotiable;
• You speak the Dutch language or at least fluent English.
