Your contributions

You will coordinate the work of subcontractors, call for materials and attend necessary construction meetings. In addition:

• Reading up on work plans in advance and actively participating/adjusting them where necessary;
• Organising the kick-off in consultation with the project manager;
• Taking initiative and managing colleagues;
• Oversee safety at the project site;
• Managing colleagues and subcontractors on project sites;
• Timely identification and adjustment of deviations from the made planning, safety, quality and lead time;
• Perform assembly work in accordance with work plans and drawings;
• Completing quality reports.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with leadership skills and a great sense of responsibility. In addition:

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Relevant experience in executing projects on site;
• Reading technical drawings;
• VCA (full) diploma;
• Willing to work nights and/or weekends when appropriate(occasional);
• No 9-to-5 mentality;
• Languages: required: Dutch, pre: English;
• Driving licence: B.
