Together with the entire team, you are responsible for the best end result and the tastiest fruit! To achieve this, you are present on the shop floor and have a clear role model function. You cooperate, monitor the work and ensure it is carried out correctly and on time. Every week, you are involved in the planning. You therefore know what needs to be done and actively involve your colleagues. It is important to be able to switch quickly and deal with changing circumstances. If the work is not progressing as it should, you dare to call people to account using your powers of persuasion.

Your profile

In the position of cooperating foreman or woman, you cooperate, dare to take charge and know how to motivate and enthuse employees in the right way. In addition:

• You enjoy being involved in different seasonal work and love working outdoors;
• Knowledge of cultivation is a plus. Don't have this yet? No problem, we will be happy to teach you!
• You have strong communication skills, and fluency in English is an absolute advantage. Also a word of German? That is an added bonus;
• You are energised to work with colleagues of different nationalities and have good thinking, - and empathy skills;
• Working within a family business suits you.

Your workplace

Our client is a family business specialising in growing and marketing soft fruit. This company has around 100 structural employees but during the season it rises to 350 colleagues.

The client in Roggel is easily accessible from: Weert, Roermond, Heythuysen and Panningen.
