Your reward
Good snaps! Expensive future plans? Then you could use a good salary! Your basic salary is supplemented by overtime, travel hours, day and overnight allowances and can reach up to €3200.00 gross per month.
- Working days from Monday to Friday (optional weekends);
- Overtime weekdays at 125%, Saturdays 150%, and Sundays 200%;
- Full payment of travel hours and travel expenses;
- Overnight fee per overnight stay;
- Breakfast, lunch (allowance) and dinner! You can join right away. Breakfast and dinner in fine 3-star hotels will be provided by our client. Often lunch is arranged on site and otherwise they offer compensation.

As an Assembly Worker, you will travel across Europe in a close-knit team and build cool structures for a variety of events. As a tent builder or assembly worker, no day is the same and with every project you have a different challenge where you successfully apply your technical skills. You build the structures in the right way, taking into account safety regulations, and after the event, you dismantle the structure in the right way. You work with great colleagues, excellent equipment and good tools.
Your profile:
Are you the team player we are looking for? Do you have some technical insight? But above all, enthusiasm and the will to learn? Then we are looking for you! Can you identify with the following profile:
- You hold at least a mbo level 3;
- You are in possession of a driving licence B;
- You are flexible in working hours/travel times;
- Preferably, you speak the Dutch language;
- Experience is not a requirement, enthusiasm is what counts!
Your workplace
Our client is the specialist in the design, rental and construction of marquees for events and demountable buildings. From 10m² to 20,000m² or even more, from basic to luxurious: thanks to the extensive product range and endless possibilities, they always have the right solution for any event or accommodation issue.
As an Assembly worker, you do not have a fixed workplace. The head office, from where you leave for the project, is in Kessel.
Kessel is very easily accessible from Venlo, Sevenum, Venray, Roermond, Weert, and Echt.
