Your contributions

As an Operator, you will keep a close eye on the machine via various programmes in the control room and also work directly on the machine. This may be in different areas, where you will be responsible for one or (with more experience) several processes within production. In addition, you will have the following tasks:

• Operating and monitoring machines;
• Identify and resolve disruptions;
• Collaborate and coordinate with fellow operators in a team of up to 8 colleagues;
• Working safely and carefully to produce a quality end product.

You will work in a close-knit team of operators who strive to keep the machine running optimally every shift. During major maintenance stops, you will actively work on improvements.

Working in 5 shifts involves the following:
- 2 morning shifts (06:00 - 14:00)
- 2 afternoon shifts (14:00 - 22:00)
- 2 night shifts (22.00 - 06.00)
After that, you have 4 days off! This rhythm repeats continuously, allowing you to plan your work and personal life well.

Your profile

What we ask of you:

• At least MBO level 3 completed (direction does not matter);
• Affinity with engineering - experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is more important;
• Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule (33.6 hours per week);
• A stable CV and motivation to work for our client for a longer period of time;
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
• Logical understanding of cause, action and effect.
