Your reward

• Your salary is made up of a basic salary in terms of range of: salary between €15.29 - €18.36 gross per hour excluding allowances;
• You will have a shift allowance between 6pm-06am of 34%. During those hours you will receive a wage of: €20.49 - €24.60 including allowances;
• So on average, your pay is between €17.89 - €21.48 gross per hour, on a monthly basis this means: €2957.00 - €3550.00 gross per month; 
• Opportunity for a permanent contract directly with our client;

Your contributions

You start your shift with a handover from your colleagues. Together you go through everything from the stocks of products and packaging to what products are in the planning and what particulars were there that you need to take into account during your shift. And beyond that:

• Throughout the day, you will check that the process keeps running smoothly, the machines have no malfunctions, answer questions from colleagues and keep track of various measurements;
• Report faults to the operator and/or shift leader and help think of solutions;
• Suggest areas for improvement if you feel a particular process could be different and better;
• Throughout the shift, you make sure that everything is adequately restocked and goes as well as possible according to schedule.

Working hours are from 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00. The start of the night shift is on Sunday evening 10pm. You can count this work schedule from your start for the whole year.

Your profile

• You have a mbo working and thinking level;
• You are proactive, flexible, motivated, and eager to learn;
• You are quality-conscious and have problem-solving skills;
• You know how to work well with your colleagues;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language;
• Depending on how busy it is, you will work in 2 or a 3-shift schedule and physical work does not scare you.

As this is a vacancy in the food industry, there are hygiene protocols. These include: no long (artificial) nails, no visible jewellery or piercings, no make-up and no fake eyelashes.
