Your reward

In this position, you will be working in a shift system with shifts between 05:00 and 00:00. In addition, you can count on:

• A salary between €15.50 and €18 gross per hour, depending on knowledge and experience;

Your contributions

As Operator, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You are responsible for operating and monitoring the powder dryer and always keep an eye on safety and quality. Specifically, you will:

• Operate the powder dryer and carry out periodic maintenance; 
• Assess product quality and identify deviations in a timely manner; 
• Troubleshoot and resolve failures with your technical insight; 
• Working closely with your colleagues to ensure efficient production; 
• Ensures correct recording of production data and compliance with safety regulations. 

Your profile

You are a real go-getter who likes to take responsibility in the production process. In addition, you bring the following with you:

• Experience as an operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry; 
• Technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot independently; 
• Knowledge of production processes and safety guidelines; 
• Flexibility to work in shifts; 
• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
