Your contributions

The following tasks fall under the remit:

• Operating the machine/plant according to instructions;
• Consistently check the quality of products produced;
• Alerting if the quality of the products is insufficient and if settings of the machine/plant need to be changed or in case of malfunctions;
• Cleaning and running of equipment and materials;
• Fix minor, easily repairable faults;
• Control and monitor the entire machine production process;
• Ensure administration of relevant data;
• Ensuring an orderly, neat and safe working environment;
• You will liaise with the working foreman, technical service staff, lab assistant and forklift drivers;
• Able to perform production work involving all production steps.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Additional technical training / courses;
• Several years' experience in a similar position in a technical production environment;
• Basic concrete knowledge, knowledge of OEE and 5S;
• Be able to work in a structured and planned manner;
• Safety-conscious and focused on order and cleanliness;
• Stress-resistant, driven and results-oriented;
• In possession of forklift certificate.

Your workplace

At our client in Nederweert, you will operate a PLC-controlled machine used to make gullies or manhole covers. These products consist of a combination of cast iron and concrete. You set up the machine and visually monitor the production process. You regularly adjust and adjust settings.
