Your reward

• A basic salary between €18.00 and €19.00 gross per hour excluding shift bonus (depending on experience);            
• Shift allowance of 38% between 6pm and 6.30am, this is in addition to the hourly wage. This makes an average hourly wage of: €21.40 - €22.50 gross per hour;
• Monthly salary depends on which shifts you work - 2 or 3 shifts; 
• 8% holiday pay;

Your contributions

As an Operator in Dough Preparation/Dough Maker, you will be responsible for the overall process of making dough for our toast and rolled products. You will be the one who:

• Carefully prepare, start up and monitor the dough process;
• Starts, operates, converts and adjusts machines independently as required;
• Executes daily planning and knows how to prioritise;
• Mechanical fault finding and simple technical troubleshooting; 
• Actively identifies and anticipates deviations to ensure process progress and quality.

With your accuracy and experience, you contribute to an efficient process as well as a high-quality end product.

Your profile

You are a go-getter who gets energy from a production environment where quality and cooperation are key. Furthermore, you bring:

• Experience as a doughmaker or baker within an industrial bakery (preferred)
• Knowledge of and experience with quality standards such as HACCP, BRC, IFS and/or GMP+ (preferred); 
• Technical understanding and affinity with machinery;  
• Willingness to work 2 or 3 shifts;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing

You will work 75% year in a 3-shift and part of the year in 2-shift: - Morning shift from 06.00-14.00 - Afternoon shift from 14.00-22.00 - Night shift (starts on Sunday evening) 22.00-06.00.
