Your offer

• A gross hourly wage to start with of €14.00 gross per hour with growth opportunities up to €16.00 gross per hour;
• A nice day-shift job; working hours are Monday to Friday from 07.45-16.30;
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• Start with a contract through Baanhuis and on good performance you will be taken over on contract with the organisation for permanent employment;

Your contributions

As an Operator at this family-run business in Weert, you will work all day among the sweets in a team of 10-15 employees, varied from Operators to Packers.

• You will be responsible for keeping the machines running;
• You ensure good production output;
• You will coordinate with Head of Production which recipes need to be made and which production line has the highest priority;
• Sometimes you run into problems and you solve them together with your colleagues;
• You will also support the packing department and other operators on the production line when necessary.

Your profile

• You have a mbo-level 3/4 working and thinking level;
• You must be in good physical shape;
• You are practical minded and bring any technical knowledge with you;
• You speak the Dutch language fluently both verbally and in writing; additional language skills in English are a plus;
• You are available for a full-time position;
• You live in the vicinity of Weert, as the employer does not reimburse travel expenses.
