Your reward

For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

• A good salary of: €22.15 per hour (including a shift allowance and €26.30 per hour for night shifts at the weekend);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one way);
• Maximum flexibility: you let us know your availability by Friday night, and on Saturday you’ll receive the rota for the following week.

Your contributions

As an Operator in the flex pool, you’ll work alongside colleagues from the department. You’ll ensure that production keeps running and work together to resolve any faults. You’ll take on work where necessary, allocate tasks in consultation with others and keep track of everything!
You will work individual days on a 5-shift rota, with shifts in the morning (06.00–14.00), afternoon (14.00–22.00) and night (22.00–06.00).

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Is looking for a part-time technical job at weekends and during the holidays;
• at least two cycles are available during the summer holidays;
• At least one shift is available every weekend (occasional exceptions may be considered);
• Is willing to work different shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts);
• Speaks Dutch fluently; 
• Someone who likes to take a practical approach, is motivated, works well as part of a team and actively contributes ideas.
