For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

• An excellent salary of €22.15 per hour (including shift allowance) and €26.30 per hour for night shifts at the weekend;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 50 km one way);
• Maximum flexibility: you let us know your availability before Friday night, and on Saturday you’ll receive the rota for the following week;
• The opportunity to gain relevant practical experience within a modern production environment whilst you are studying;
• Subject to mutual satisfaction, there is the prospect of a full-time role as an Operator once you have completed your training.

Your contributions

As an Operator in the flex pool, you’ll work alongside colleagues in the department to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Together, you’ll resolve any faults, allocate tasks and keep production running. You’ll work individual shifts on a 5-shift rota:

• Morning: 06.00 – 14.00
• Afternoon: 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm
• Night: 10.00 pm – 6.00 am

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who:

• is currently studying a technical course and would like to gain some practical experience;
• Is keen to start working full-time as an Operator upon completion of the course;
• Is looking for a part-time technical job at weekends and during the holidays;
• at least two cycles are available during the summer holidays;
• At least one shift is available every weekend (occasional exceptions may be considered);
• Willing to work shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts);
• A good command of the Dutch language;
• Is practical, enjoys working with others and shows initiative.
