Your reward

The average hourly wage consists of: €21.78 gross per hour all-in. This means a monthly salary of: €3600.73 gross per month. This is arrived at as follows: 

• A good basic salary of €18.54 gross per hour in day shift;
• An allowance of 34% on hours between 18:00-00:00 and 04:00-06:00: €24.84 gross per hour;
• An allowance of 37% on working hours between 00.00-04.00: €25.40 gross per hour;
• You will work in a 3-shift schedule so hence you will have to deal with different allowances each week and utik comes to the above average hourly wage; 
• A 38-hour working week, with part of your breaks paid;

Your contributions

As Operator Inpak, you will make an important contribution to making the production process run optimally. Among other things, you take care of:

• Independent start-up, setup, conversion and adjustment of (semi-)automated packaging lines;
• Troubleshooting faults and disruptions and liaising with Technical Services where necessary;
• Giving clear instructions to colleagues and managing temporary workers if necessary;
• Monitoring product quality by performing and recording checks on primary and secondary packaging (such as labels, numbers and coding);
• Spotting and reporting deviations to the (Assistant) Shift Manager;
• Ensuring proper transfer and recording of data;
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and health and safety regulations;
• Maintaining an overview of the entire packaging process within your line;
• Supporting colleagues and replacing the (Assistant) Shift Manager in their absence if necessary.

Your profile

We are looking for the following profile:

• You have a mbo 3/4 working and thinking level;
• You are available full-time on a 3-shift basis:
  - Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00-14:00
  - Afternoon service: Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  - Night shift: starts on Sunday evening from 22.00-06.00
• You preferably have experience in the food industry;
• You are a true team player with a stable CV;
• You are communicative and flexible;
• Finally, you have a good command of the Dutch language.

Our client is based in Born and easily accessible from Sittard, Geleen, Stein and Echt.
