Your contributions

As Operator, you are indispensable for a smoothly running production process. You take care of:

• A safe, clean and organised working environment according to the 5S principle;
• Operating, checking and converting machines;
• Monitoring the production process and quickly identifying faults or deviations;
• Monitoring product quality and escalating deviations in a timely manner;
• Performing minor maintenance and fixing simple malfunctions;
• Correct administration of production data and communicating progress to supervisor.

Your profile

You recognise yourself in the following:

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably supplemented by technical training or courses;
• Experience in a similar position or in a technical manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of concrete, OEE and 5S is a plus;
• Structured, planned and quality-oriented;
• Safety-conscious, proactive and stress-resistant;
• Flexibly deployable (in changing rosters if required);
• In possession of a forklift and/or lifting certificate.

Keep in mind that the work can be physically intensive and partly consists of repetitive work.

Our client is based in Nederweert and easily accessible from Weert, Helmond, Roermond and Venlo.
