Your contributions

As a Performance Coach, you are the driver of sustainable improvement and help teams grow in ownership, collaboration and performance.

• You support teams on the shop floor and management with Lean expertise and a sharp helicopter view;
• You initiate, prioritise and secure improvement and change projects;
• You coach teams in continuous improvement and strengthen self-management;
• You will develop and deliver training that is directly applicable in practice;
• You will act as a sparring partner and work closely with a fellow Performance Coach;
• You bring structure, encourage ownership and build trust within the organisation.

Your profile

You are a connecting and socially adept professional who is strong on content, builds trust and collaborates respectfully.

• Minimum hbo working and thinking level; Lean Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma training is a plus;
• Proven experience in guiding teams through change and improvement processes;
• Strong in project management, structure and overview in complex processes;
• You switch smoothly between operational, tactical and strategic levels and maintain an overview;
• You are preferably available 40 hours, 32 hours is negotiable; 
• Communicative, collaborative and a valued sparring partner.

Your workplace

The organisation consists of several specialised companies in ventilation and climate control and provides solutions to private individuals and companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. From a central location, a team of about 60 employees works to create a healthy and comfortable living environment. The company is part of a larger group with more than 400 employees and offers innovative solutions from design to installation and maintenance.

Our client is based in Nederweert and easily accessible from Weert, Helmond, Roermond and Venlo.
