Your contributions

As Production Team Leader in a three-shift schedule, you will be responsible for the operational management of employees, machines, transport equipment and facilities, ensuring that the production process runs safely, efficiently and smoothly. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with your immediate colleagues in the production department, the logistics department and the technical service department. You will also be involved in:

• Managing a team of 6 production workers;
• Distributing and coordinating work;
• Monitor quality and quantity;
• On-the-job training of new employees;
• Ensuring a safe working environment.

Work is carried out in 3 shifts:

• Morning shift: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.;
• Afternoon service: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.;
• Night shift: 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Your profile

As a Production Shift Leader, you will work in a 3-shift schedule. We also ask the following of you:

• You are available for 37.5 hours a week;
• You have a VAPRO A or equivalent education and a VAPRO B working and thinking level;
• Good command of the Dutch language; 
• You have managerial and organisational experience;
• You have relevant work experience in an industrial environment;
• You have knowledge of MS Office;
• You hold a valid forklift certificate.

Our client is based in Nederweert and is therefore easily accessible from Weert, Eindhoven, Venlo, Roermond and Sittard.
