Your reward

For this position, we are pleased to offer you the following:

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,900.00 and €4,300.00, depending on knowledge and experience; 
• An end-of-year bonus of 3.5%; 
• 25 days’ annual leave and 12 days’ compensatory time off for full-time employment (with 3 weeks’ construction industry holiday and 2 weeks’ Christmas holiday being compulsory); 
• Ample scope for growth and development, as well as training opportunities;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 30 km one way);
• Participation in a pension scheme in which the employer pays a large proportion of the contributions.

Your contributions

With your coaching leadership style and practical approach, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that your team can perform to the best of its ability. Your main responsibilities are:

• You will ensure a safe, organised and tidy working environment in accordance with the 5S methodology;
• You will lead and coordinate the team and actively contribute to a positive and engaged working atmosphere;
• You will work closely with various departments to achieve the best possible production results together;
• You have an eye for efficiency and take a proactive approach to suggesting process improvements and smart solutions;
• You’ll oversee day-to-day production and step in yourself where necessary to support the team.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional who enjoys taking on responsibility and thrives on leading a team. You will bring the following to the role:

• You have an MBO-3/4 level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• You have technical insight and an affinity for technology and production processes;
• You have experience in a managerial role and know how to motivate a team in a positive way;
• You can cope well with stress and keep a clear overview, even when the pressure mounts;
• You communicate easily and professionally in both Dutch and English;
• You are confident and able to provide clear guidance;
• You are willing to work staggered day shifts between 06.00 and 18.00 on a rotating rota.
