Your contributions

• You will ensure a neat working environment in accordance with the 5S principle, ensure the correct application of protective equipment and keep equipment and the workplace clean;
• You operate machines according to instructions, monitor the production process and identify faults quickly and accurately. You ensure smooth production without interruptions;
• You control the quality of products according to established standards and escalate quality problems in a timely manner, ensuring production meets the highest standards;
• You will carry out minor maintenance, fix simple faults and support major maintenance to minimise downtime;
• You will keep accurate records and ensure effective transmission of information to the Linekeeper and the team;
• You ensure timely supply of materials and raw materials to ensure continuous production.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You have MBO working and thinking level, ideally supplemented by technical courses and experience in a technical production environment;
• You have at least 2 years' work experience as an Operator;
• You have knowledge of concrete, OEE and 5S is a plus;
• You work in a structured and planned manner, are safety-conscious and have an eye for order and tidiness;
• You are stress-resistant, proactive and results-oriented;
• You have a forklift and/or lifting certificate or are willing to obtain one.
