• Salary between €5000.00 and €6500.00 gross per month (depending on experience);

Your contributions

You are visible on the shop floor and ensure structure, clarity and a positive flow within the team. You connect people and processes so that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead foremen and production staff, focusing on development, trust and cooperation;
• Creating structure and clarity in day-to-day operations;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor production and transport;
• Intensive collaboration with planning, purchasing and quality department;
• Advise the Business Manager on production capacity, improvement opportunities and investments;
• Maintain an overview of maintenance and optimal deployment of machinery and equipment;
• Participate in strategic improvement projects such as: taking safety awareness to the next level, sustainability certification and operational improvement programmes.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a decisive leader with a technical basis, who knows how to bring people along and wants to improve continuously. Furthermore, you recognise yourself in the following profile:

• Natural leadership and strong communication skills;
• A completed technical college education (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Business Administration);
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in concrete or construction is nice, but not a must;
• You think in solutions and want to continuously improve processes.
