Your contributions

As a Production Employee/Operator, you will work at a family-run company in Weert in a team of 10-15 colleagues. Surrounded by sweets, you will contribute to keeping production running smoothly.

• You operate and control the machines and ensure stable production;
• Together with the Head of Production, you will decide which recipes have the highest priority;
• You are solution-oriented and can tackle small technical problems independently or with colleagues;
• If necessary, you will support the packing department and other operators on the line.

Your profile

• At least a mbo level 3/4 working and thinking level;
• You are physically fit and practical, with possibly some technical knowledge;
• You are fluent in Dutch and basic English is a plus;
• Available for 32 or 40 hours per week;
• You live in the Weert area (this employer does not reimburse travel expenses).
