• A gross hourly wage of €15.20 gross per hour;

Your contributions

As a Production Employee, you play an indispensable role in our production process. You ensure that raw materials are converted into a finished product for your colleagues to work with. We provide you with a good start and training so that you can eventually operate the entire machine independently. Your responsibilities include:

• Mixing raw materials according to the correct dosage;
• Performing interim checks and reporting faults or areas for improvement;
• Monitoring the quality and safety of products and your working environment;
• Adjust the process based on interim measurements and analyses;
• Keeping machines and your workplace clean;
• Careful and quality-conscious working with an eye for detail.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You are available full-time in day shift from 07:30 to 16:00;
• You are fluent in Dutch;
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working with your hands;
• You can work well independently and in a team;
• Technical understanding is a plus.
