Your reward

For this position, we are pleased to offer you the following:

• A salary of €16.50 - €17.50 gross per hour; 
• Travel allowance of 0.23/km; 
• Remuneration in line with collective labour agreement for the woodworking industry; 
• Fine fixed working hours Monday to Friday from 07:00-16:00;

Your contributions

No day is the same, you work with your hands and see immediate results in a wooden product. In addition, you will work with:

• Assembling custom-made wooden packaging with an eye for craftsmanship;
• Working in a modern workshop within an enthusiastic and close-knit team;
• Manufacturing boxes, crates, decking and pallets;
• Assembling packaging in the workshop and on site;
• Working from technical specifications and drawings;
• Actively think along and contribute to customised solutions.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a hands-on worker with technical insight who enjoys delivering quality and is strong both independently and in a team. Do you enjoy working with wood and love the smell of freshly sawn wood? Then you are the perfect candidate!

You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• You have technical insight and are handy with tools and materials;
• You work accurately and always deliver customised work, even under pressure;
• You are a real team player and can also work well independently;
• Experience in timber, manufacturing or construction is a plus;
• You preferably live in the Weert region; 
• You are available for full-time (40 hours), possibly 32 hours per week is also negotiable;
• You speak the Dutch language or at least fluent English;
